11. Explain the doctrine of ‘dispendens and narrate the essential conditions of the application of this doctrine.

12. Explain the nature and meaning of mortgage. What is the mode of effecting it.

13. Who are the persons entitled to redeem a mortgage? Discuss the mortgagee’s is right to sue for mortgage money.
