What are the main causer, of juvenile: delinquency? Explain,<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Discuss various arguments for abolition and retention of capital punishment in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Section – B<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Short Answer Question <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: This Section contains three questions, Answer any two questions Each question carries 10 marks .<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. What do you understand by ‘Organized Crimes’? Discuss its various kinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. What do you understand by “White-Collar Crimes”? What steps Indian Government has taken to check these crimes? `<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. Explain “Open Prison”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Section ‘C’<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (Very Short Answer Questions) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Note: This Section contains five parts. all parts are compulsory There will be no internal choice.
