(4) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Explain the doctrine of Pleasure. (4) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">3. By whom and on what grounds National emergency may be declared? (4) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Discuss the principle of collective responsibility of the &#8216;Council of Ministers&#8217;. (4) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">5. On what grounds a judge of Supreme Court may be removed? Discuss the power and position of the President of India under the Indian Constitution.
