1. Why registration of a firm is necessary? (4) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Is consideration necessary for the formation of a Contract of Agency? (4) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Distinguish between a partnership and a company. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Who is an undid seller? (4) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Sale and agreement to sell. (4) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. What are the various kinds of agents and explain their powers? (10) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
