The Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan 2013-2030 is also urged to be implemented as soon as possible, according to the study.

It also stipulates that stigma, discrimination, and abuses of human rights against those with mental illnesses must be eliminated.

The paper also presents many recommendations for increasing mental health funding, reducing risks, and removing obstacles.<\/td><\/tr>

The government has authorised the nomination of new chief justices to five high courts.<\/strong><\/td>The Ministry of Law and Justice has announced the appointment of high court judges for Uttarakhand, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Guwahati.

The Supreme Court Collegium, led by Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana, submitted these recommendations to the government.
