success in capturing data in the Health Facility Registry (HFR) and Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) (HPR).<br><br>The allocation of funds based on performance would aid in the systematic execution of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.<br><br>The population of the Health Facility Registry (HFR) and the Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) is required to achieve the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission&#8217;s goal.<br><br>Earlier guidelines had allotted Rs. 500 crores over 5 years for the establishment of ABDM offices at the State\/UT level.<br><br>The NHA has opted to disburse cash to states\/UTs depending on the number of physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, as well as health facilities like as hospitals, clinics, and health and wellness centres.<br><br>NHA has established new guidelines for budget allocation, which are as follows:<br><br>Each confirmed entry in HFR and HPR is worth Rs 100 until December 31, 2022.<br><br>Rs 50 for each confirmed entry in HFR &amp; HPR from January 1st, 2023 and March 31st, 2023.<br><br>After March 31, 2023, no funding will be granted for entries confirmed in HFR and
