Roshni is the name of the lantern.<br><br>Dr. Singh introduced it during a visit to the Coastal Research Vessel SAGAR ANVESHIKA, which is run by the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) in Chennai for coastal research.<br><br>He examined the status of India&#8217;s Deep Ocean Mission execution.<br><br>He raised the Indian flag on board and extended the &#8216;Har Ghar Tiranga&#8217;
