Plaintiff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>versus<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C. F&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. Defendant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. That&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. is the tenant of house No&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. situate at &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. owned by the plaintiff, through allotment made by the District Magistrate &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. per order dated&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. at a monthly rent of Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. since&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. That&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. has defaulted in payment of rent since&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. and is now in arrears of rent of Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. to the Plaintiff. The plaintiff also served a notice of demand upon the defendant on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. but the defendant has not still paid the rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. That cause of action arose on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. when the notice of demand was served upon the defendant, and this Court has jurisdiction to decide the suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
