Defendant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. That the plaintiff let out his <em>Kothi <\/em>No&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; situate at&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. to the defendant for a fixed period of eleven months from&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. to&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; at a monthly rent of Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; and the whole rent for the period was paid in advance on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. That the term aforesaid has expired but the defendant has not vacated the Kothi abovementioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. That the cause of action arose on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. when the term of tenancy expired, and this court has jurisdiction to decide the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
