Defendant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. That the plaintiff let out two rooms to the defendant, one verandah and a kitchen on the ground floor of house No&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; situate at&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. street in&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. on amonthly rent of Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 That the defendant did not pay any rent since&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. uptodate, and he was served a notice of demand and termination of tenancy on &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. but he has still neither vacated the house nor paid the arrears of rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. That cause of action arose on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. 19&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. when notice was served upon the defendant, and this Court has jurisdiction to decide the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. That the suit is valued at&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. rupees for the purpose of jurisdiction and Rs&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; for the purpose of payment of court fee.
